Place the item in its original packaging with all included cables, remotes, and manuals to ensure the device remains protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
